Christina took a hiatus from slinging lattes at Starbucks to go back to school to pursue her dream of screen writing and directing. She will graduate with her MFA in media and entertainment on Cinco de Mayo and couldn't be happier. While in Athens, Christina acted as the assistant director of the Cause + Effect Film Festival, communications intern at Georgia's Economic Development Center, and social media director of Athensmade. Before the University of Georgia, Christina obtained her BFA in Communications from Columbus State University. She is extremely passionate about No Kill Shelters, Bloody Marys, and film. She hopes to stay down south and accurately tell stories of those in her community.
